Flea Market Finds >> 14
Monday, March 12, 2012
This week, I only had the opportunity to go to one sale, but it was a great one! I'm still so excited about these finds, including my favorite one yet!
I'm still swooning over this beautiful fabric knitting needle case. I love the bright, bold colors and flowers on this needle case. The big bonus was 30+ sets of needles, there is every size from US 19 - 0! The big bonus it was only $12.50! I'm definitely not parting with this treasure. :)
There were also many pretty scarves and a couple pillowcases. Fun patterns always catch my eye!
Once I saw this 1963 Simplicity Sewing Book, I had to have it! It's chock full of great sewing advice, and great vintage graphic design. I love the semi-circles on the cover, and they continue throughout the book.
This was by far the most favorite sale I've been to! Pop on over to my hubs blog to see what he found there too!
I'm linking up to Her Library Adventures and Apron Thirft Girl.
Happy Thrifting!

Wow, you hit the jackpot! I'm a little jealous re: the knitting needles & case...
that needle case is awesome! i found a bunch of vintage scarves this weekend too! you have some fun patterns!
I never find anything THIS great - good finds. Especially love the case and the sewing book. There's a HUGE need for stylish knitting needle cases - too many frumpy, boring ones. So all you "makers" out there, make some hip ones!
We all will thank you...
